As part of this project, the company turned to Pressure Pro Parts teams with a desire to introduce a specialized system for washing agricultural machinery on their farm in order to improve the general maintenance of special vehicles and agricultural machinery. The main goal of the project was to provide environmentally friendly, cost-effective and efficient cleaning of farm equipment that meets modern environmental and occupational safety requirements.
To determine the most optimal solution, Pressure Pro Parts engineering team carried out an assessment of the variety of vehicles and the required washing technique, taking into account the layer of dirt accumulated on a daily basis, including mud, dust and chemicals used in agriculture.
Based on the needs of the company, professional cleaning equipment was selected, adapted to work with bulky equipment (washing tractors, cleaning combines), with the possibility of using both hot and cold water, as well as biodegradable detergents, thus ensuring high cleaning efficiency and low water consumption.
Subsequently, the installation of the system was carried out and training was organized for workers on the use, maintenance and safety requirements of the washing system of agricultural machinery.
