A couple of years ago, our engineering team realized the implementation of high-pressure washing equipment in a food production plant in Riga. The system was designed as high-performance industrial washing equipment, fully adapted to the food industry. At its heart are high-pressure washers, high-pressure pumps and a wide range of professional cleaning equipment that ensures continuous and safe cleaning of production facilities, lines and equipment.
At present, we still continue to provide full technical service and spare parts supply for this system. Regular inspection and replacement of high-pressure hoses, hose connections and pipe joints are carried out to ensure the longevity of the system and high pressure resistance. The piping of the system is based on durable stainless steel pipes, which are particularly suited to the hygiene requirements of the food industry.
Auxiliary equipment also plays an important role in maintenance — submersible pumps, submersible pumps are serviced, and air coolers, air dryers and air pipes, which are part of the factory air supply systems, are checked and replaced if necessary. In addition to maintenance, disinfection systems for the food industry and surface cleaning devices that provide a sterile environment in production areas on a daily basis are also being revised.
In automated areas, regular maintenance of pneumatic cylinders, electrical equipment, ionizers, pressure sensors and vacuum equipment is carried out to ensure maximum accuracy and safe operation.
